System concept: This type of laboratory adopts the industry-leading temperature balance technology (cooling without heating), which uses energy regulation technology to balance temperature control without the need for additional heating during cooling and low-temperature balance. Energy regulation technology, also known as PID control, regulates the flow rate of refrigerant by adjusting the quality of refrigerant entering the evaporator per unit time to achieve precise control of refrigeration power and temperature in the laboratory.
Compared to the previous "balanced temperature control method" of heating and cooling at the same time, the energy consumption is very high. The application of this technology can significantly reduce customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors, saving them a considerable amount of electricity expenses throughout the product lifecycle
Refrigeration evaporator: A corrugated fin refrigeration evaporator is used, located in the air duct interlayer at one end of the test chamber, and is forcibly ventilated by a blower motor for rapid heat exchange.
